If you have any hearing issues at all this is not the headset to get folks. I can't hear a thing with this headset.I turned every thing up.the headset, the phone, I guess I'm deafer than I thought. It is a nice looking set and easy to use but "what did you say." seemed about all I could say.
It's a matter of time until this jack becomes intermittent and will have to be replaced. There may be better headsets to be found in the price range, and could be cost effective to pay up for a better model. Output volume to the other party is lower than desired.
It worked fine for a week then the microphone started breaking up and now it does not work at all.
I would not recommend this headset to anyone who uses a phone a lot. I thought purchasing a more expensive headset would work out better than the previous ones I have owned, However I will go back to the under $10 sets, They all worked fine and lasted for about six months. I have used this set for about three weeks and will be buying a new headset. Most of my phone conversations now have the person asking me to repeat what I said numerous times. Usually breaking by the headpeice.
Has volume control and a mute on the cord. I like having my hands free when talking on the phone and this is a great product. I really like this head set. Very comfortable head set, I haven't used the in your ear piece; the head band is more to my liking.
